Is there a way to maintain persistent information across projects? I understand there can be updates and text fields, but I’m needing a messaging area that persists beyond one off projects. Preferably that combines all communications from my client into one spot. Any help would be great.

Monday.com just announced a new feature they are planning to release that is essentially an “updates” section for an entire board. Maybe once this is released that could help your use case.
