I’m setting up a board as an inspection checklist. A handful of groups that organize the pulses by topic. Each pulse is an item to be checked and marked ‘compliant’ or not, with some text to explain why. I’ll be adding photo’s in some of the pulses via the ‘update’ section. I want to be able to preserve a inspection for historic record. I’ve tried exporting to excel, but it doesn’t export the photo (and the update section exports to a unique tab in the excel file). I’ve tried printing to pdf, but that doesn’t work either. I can make a new boards for each inspection, but if I do I’d like to find a way to protect historic inspection information from editing without hiding them in an archive (where it’s view only). Any suggestions? Open to suggestions such as an export to Teams or Onedrive also. thanks!

Have you tried thinking about using board permissions? Once the board is complete with all inspection data you can change the permissions where the data is only viewable.
