It’s great that you can restrict certain users from viewing or editing a column, but it would be great if you could restrict for teams/types of users, rather than having to select users individually. For instance, I want internal users to be able to edit/view actual time, but I don’t want external users to be able to view.
Hi @Caroline24 - more advanced board/column security is in the works and will be released…eventually 
While it’s still a little unknown what will be available to which license tier (Enterprise, Pro, etc), enhancements are on the way.
