Routing emails when dealing with multiple deals, same contact.

We’re a small company and as such manage deals all the way through our value stream. As a result, many of our contacts in the CRM also email us during the project. I’m noticing that emails about a different project are showing up the in the emails & activities timeline of a deal BECAUSE the primary contact happens to be the same person. I need my deal specific emails to show in the timeline ONLY. What functionality exists within MOnday.com to ensure the right emails are filtering to the right deals or projects?

I would recommend using the „sent from this item“ filter or the „(this item)“ filter

This will ensure only emails that were sent from a particular deal will be shown and not other emails.

This only works if you actually use Monday.com to send the emails
