Sales CRM - how to manage different customer types that need different columns

I’m quite new to monday and still working out how to customise our sales crm. We deal with 2 different customer types: Producers & Resellers. In the Leads board, I want the customer type/status to trigger different sets of questions (that will show in the mobile app). So, if the customer is a Producer, the producer questions show but not the Reseller questions. Can I do this on the same Leads board or do I need separate boards? Thanks.

Are you looking to trigger different sets of questions in a form you’re using via the board? I ask this, as it sounds like our conditional questions feature would be useful for you here, but I want to make sure I am understanding the format correctly. Unless you’re using a form, it isn’t natively supported for questions/columns to appear/disappear based on a specific selection, so perhaps 2 seperate boards is the way to go.
