Would also love this. Third party apps without security verification aren’t an option for us.

We desperately need this feature too!
I think it’s a must-have feature to have one master item for each team to create and use only the columns that serve their purpose.
Mirror columns using board connections are often not available in automations and charts.

this is not what is being requested from what i can see you app just copies items , what this thread is about , if something changes in a master board, that change will be replicated in another board,

Hi John, the app does exactly that, actually :slight_smile: It adds the item you need to another board, and if you change a shared column / post an update, this will be reflected in all other locations of the item. You can test it out yourself, there’s a free plan available!

Has anyone found a work around here?

I cannot afford to pay the cost of the apps below (although they do exactly what is needed) I just cannot understand how this is not already an existing function in Monday.

I need to have the items in into each project so I can have that clear overview of e everything which needs to happen in order to complete the project - but then I need to be able to manage the working day and week by having those item viewable in a different board, where I can organise tasks from multiple projects into a priority order order and time block. Without this I am finding it impossible to know what to actually work on each day , this seems like a fundamental function of a PM software.

I am also open to suggestions of alternative programs which might offer this as its a non negotiable basic function for me and without it Monday is not viable as a software to manage multiple projects.
