I apologize because I know this is a very basic question. I’ve googled for a few days now and I cannot find an answer. I am sure this has already been asked and answered.
When creating a board, you choose “Select what you’re managing in this board” – is it possible to change this setting? Or do I have to create a whole new board from scratch to change that?
Hi @mondayzato - Welcome to the community! You can change what you call your Items (rows) anytime by going here, as shown in this screenshot: (250) PG Sales & Marketing ...
One thing that seems to be dependant on this selection is the "New ___ " button where “___” might be “Item” or “Task” depending on what your initial selection is.
Is there anything else that changes when you make one of the radio selection options? Or is the text (and the default/template rows) the only thing?
Asked one more way: how is an “Items” board different from a “Budgets” vs “Projects” vs “Creatives” etc board?
@FrederickB, they aren’t any different. It’s the terminology that changes so that, you can use the right terminology when using your board so that everything is not an “item”
