When I contact Monday for assistance (bug, question) I would need two new features to be displayed :
- Be able to add a clear subject
right now my incoming e-mails from Monday Support team look messy and mainly start with Hello., can you, my bug is…
- Add a cc e-mail
As we are several people working on the IT team, it would be nice to be able to add a CC- e-mail from my team directly in the form.
