Usage Stats Error

Hello. I am trying to figure out how to report on my team’s usage. I noticed the usage stats in the admin section. But when I go to the Insights tab I get the following error: “There was a problem fetching your accounts’ Admin Insights data”

I am not even sure I should have insights, as we are not on the enterprise plan but the pro plan. But there is no Basic tab, only Insights, Storage, and Advanced, and nothing fills in on the Insights tab.

Is there any way to fix this? Is this something I would contact support about? (The regular support or the nonprofit support?)

Also, is there a better way to report usage? I need detailed usage stats to take back to my team, especially on who is not using Monday.
