When Form is used, the Creator is set to who created the Form

Not sure if anyone else has has this issue.

I created a Form and whenever an Item is added via the Form; the Creator is set as me?

You will need to add the other colleagues as board members and set automation to auto assign as per user who is logged in.

  • You can know who submitted a form by not making form responses anonyms and adding the Creation Log column to your board.
  • Notice - if the submitter of the form is not a board member, the creator of the form will be marked as the submitter.
  • You can assign the submitter to that item using this automation (no need for the Creation Log field):
