I just attempted to merge duplicated on a board and they are all gone in from both places now. Please advise.

Were you trying to import items into a board via our import tool, or are you perhaps using an app from the marketplace?
If this was whilst importing items, we’d love to have our support team take a closer look into the issue.

If you’re using a third party app from our marketplace (i.e. one that was not developed by monday), it would be best to reach out to the developers of the app directly.
You can find the contact details for each of the developers from the marketplace app page.

The search bar at the top will allow you to easily search for the specific app by name.
From here you’ll be able to find a contact email for the developers.

I was only using the merge duplicates function inside of Monday.com.

All they did was suggest I go Undelete each one individually.
My real issue is why is this happening in the first place?
