Hi all! I’d like to see how others are using Monday features (no additional apps/integrations) for workload planning for Learning & Development/Content Creation teams. I currently have a system where I assign an estimated LOE (Level of Effort) to a project and person, and oftentimes the work can span over several weeks/months, but at the same time it ebbs and flows so the team could work on other projects at the same time. I have it filtering through to the workload management tool, where it disperses the LOE equally through the timeline, but that doesn’t quite make sense because the work ebbs and flows. How are other teams doing workload management? Do I need to try a different strategy?
