Workspace template date anchor not populating

Help! I have done this process 6 times and its like starting all over each time. I need to create exactly what this campaign manager needed but for my grant projects. I use the same process and timeline for all my projects and literally Want to just duplicate a board everytime i get a client and the time frames and dates update based on when the project starts.
