Yes in relation to the filed restrictions for non monday users, we were wanting to use this feater for a multi stage applciation form process, once people were qualified being able to fill out the next section, if it goes down this path, we wouldnt be able to use for this user case…
Here too, please want early access to test!
I would also like to ask you for early access as this is very important and long-time desired feature. Please…
I’d be honored to be a beta tester when the time comes.

Hey Juliette, is it possible to be included in the Alpha?
I would also like to be able to join the beta testing, we need this feature.
Can I be an alpha tester too?
I would love to be an Alpha Tester, please.

As a contracting company We function utilizing boards in a couple different ways. One of them specifically has become vital to the way our workflow is managed and our customer satisfaction is held to our standards.
We would love to see Forms be able to update specific Items and subitems. This would allow us to request the standard set and or customized set of feedback questions that would give us the needed information to manage our teams members , projects and customers effectively.
I have a feeling that something else within Monday maybe able to facilitate what I am adding here however… the way we utilize our main project dashboard has left me with this solution. Happy to be corrected if someone has some ideas for us! Thanks!
I would also love to be a alpha/beta tester
Hello @Julietteb,
Do you have any news on this? It’s been almost 3 months since you posted this update regarding the start of alpha testing…

You can add response to existing items (or update them) by collecting answers via Google Forms instead of monday.com forms. Google Forms is a free tool so shouldn’t be an issue here.
We developed an app called Google Forms Integration Plus that allows getting responses from Google Forms directly monday.com.
Google Forms also has advanced capabilities that are missing in monday’s forms, and our app offers more flexible and robust logic. It basically solves all the gaps in monday’s forms.
In this example you can add a response to an existing item by matching the value of the item to the value of one of the answers in the form (like matching item name to a some answer in the form). Here’s an example →
You can find it in the monday.com marketplace in the platform or here - https://monday.com/marketplace/listing/10000616/google-forms-integration-plus
Hope that helps!
Hi Juliette,
Do we have a go-live date for this feature? I’m just starting my monday.com journey and need this to make the workflow I’ve designed suitable for our users. Thanks so much!
Kind regards,
Jenny
Google forms are great except with the location column which require a longitude and lattitude to be updated. There is no autocomplete inside google form as I know of. Thats why the native monday form would be great.
Hey @Cyrille yep that’s correct if you’re using monday.com’s location column.
If you store the address as a text column than the mapping is easy.
Hello!
Do we have any update on this topic? My company is new to Monday, but in order to start streamlining some processes, this feature needs to be available.
Thank you very much!
